your post reminds me of the Web2upgrade which was so vocal of giving one million dollars at each launching date last July 1st for those who will have at least 2 downlines, 2 weeks after announced they had launched already but never did mention of their promo, now their announcing again of more cash coming...am wondering too what would happen next after Web2..
